Obsoleted because the term was created on the assumption that each mature larval PNS sensory neuron was derived from a corresponding specific precursor cell, which may not always be the case. This term has been mistakenly used to refer to the "DA1 muscle" -- either "dorsal acute muscle 1" or "muscle cell of dorsal acute muscle 1" should be used instead in that case.
