Cluster of two sets of sensilla in the larval labial segment, the labial organ and the ventral pharyngeal sense organ (Campos-Ortega and Hartenstein, 1997). It is found in the atrium, with the labial sensory organ at the base and the labial organ on the lower lip of the external opening (Campos-Ortega and Hartenstein, 1997).
